Terms for our courses and services.

Note: this document is a framework. The provisions must reflect how the swim school actually operates and should be reviewed by a lawyer before publication.
1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all courses and services provided by Schwimmschule NAT & Stars, owner Natalie Ceremnov, to consumers.
2. Formation of contract
Registration takes place through our booking system, by email or by telephone. The contract is formed with our booking confirmation. [BITTE ERGÄNZEN: describe the registration and confirmation process precisely]
3. Course fees and payment

4. Withdrawal and cancellation

5. Missed lessons

6. Lessons cancelled by the swim school
If we have to cancel a session – for example because the instructor is ill or the pool is closed – we offer a replacement date. Where a replacement is not possible, we refund the proportionate fee.
7. Participants' obligations
The house and pool rules of the respective facility apply, as do the instructions of the course leader. For children's courses a parent or guardian is present throughout the lesson unless expressly agreed otherwise. Any health conditions relevant to participation must be disclosed before the course begins.
8. Liability

9. Photography and recordings
Recordings during lessons are only permitted with the prior consent of everyone depicted. Where we would like to use recordings for our own publicity, we obtain separate consent for this.
10. Right of withdrawal

11. Final provisions
German law applies. Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
